Leather Care, Guarantee and Repair Policy

Each of our bags is carefully handcrafted from full-grain leather and natural materials.

Every piece is Unique with its own markings, textures and variations that tell the story of the material.

Marks on leather are not imperfections, but part of the character that makes your bag one of a kind.

The natural vegetable full grain leather is oiled during the process of tanning, which makes it very well moisturized, soft and supple, not in a real need of extra moisturizing.

For that reason: Many of our customers love allowing the natural oils from their skin to gently wear on the leather, creating a rich, buttery softness over time.

After 30 days from the date you receive the bag, Zoey+Muze will no longer assume liability for repairs. However, we are happy to give directions on how to repair the bag. If we need any repairs we usually work with a Cobbler (Shoe Maker).

Please remember: Your bag is a natural, handcrafted piece. Zoey+Muze cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur during care,including conditioning, washing, drying or dry cleaning. With a little love and attention, your bag will continue to grow softer and more beautiful with time.
